These Terms govern your use of verselioai.com and the personalized song service we provide ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
You submit a story, occasion, and style preferences (and optionally photos). We use AI technology to generate a lyric and a produced, sung track based on what you provide, along with a free preview before you pay.
2. AI-generated content
Songs are created using AI music generation technology. We do not use human songwriters or vocalists. We disclose this clearly because it matters — the personalization and the story are real and specific to what you submit; the composition and vocal performance are AI-generated.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Verselio. If you're younger, you may use the free preview only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Pricing and payment
The preview is free. The full song is a single, one-time payment (no subscription) at the price shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Prices may be shown in USD or EUR depending on your location.
5. Revisions
Each order includes one free revision if the result doesn't match what you asked for. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and describe specifically what should change.
6. Refunds and your right to cancel
Because you can hear a free preview before paying, purchases are final once you unlock the full song, except where the delivered song materially fails to reflect the story and preferences you submitted — in that case, contact verselio.ai@gmail.com within 7 days for a resolution or refund.
If you are in the EU/UK: consumer law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because your song is digital content delivered to you immediately after payment, that right ends as soon as delivery begins — but only if you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the song is fully delivered. By clicking "Unlock my full song," you make that request and that acknowledgment. Before then (i.e., before you pay), you have not started performance and remain free to walk away at no cost. This does not affect any other statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
7. Ownership and usage rights
Once purchased, you own the right to keep, download, and share your song for personal, non-commercial use (gifts, personal social media posts, personal keepsakes). You may not resell the song, use it in advertising, or claim it as your own original composition for commercial purposes without our written permission. The legal status of copyright in AI-generated works is still evolving and varies by country; we make no guarantee that your song can be registered as a copyrighted work in your jurisdiction.
8. Your responsibilities
- Only submit story details or photos you have the right to share (don't include sensitive information or images about someone else without appropriate consent).
- If you upload a photo of another person, including a child, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it's appropriate in the context of your gift.
- Don't use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — we personalize the song from exactly what you tell us.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verselio's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it (including certain consumer protections in the EU/UK, or liability for fraud or gross negligence).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your own country gives you additional or different rights that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
